About Centennial Residents Directory

Centennial has no single volume that lists every person who lives there. The useful sources are divided: the Arapahoe Assessor connects owners to parcels, Elections maintains dated voter files, the Clerk and Recorder indexes deeds, Colorado Judicial handles court records, and libraries preserve historical directories and newspapers. Centennial Residents Directory explains how those sources fit together so a name, street, or older address reaches the right custodian without pretending that one record proves current residence.

Why This Reference Exists

Printed city directories and telephone books do not provide a complete current roll for Centennial. Their historical value remains, but modern research now crosses city, county, state, court, archive, and library systems. Centennial’s incorporation on February 7, 2001 adds another wrinkle: older records may use Arapahoe County, Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, or an unincorporated place label.

This reference brings the source names, search fields, coverage notes, and access limits together. The goal is a clear handoff to the Arapahoe County Assessor, Clerk and Recorder, Elections office, City of Centennial, Colorado Judicial, CDPHE, DORA, State Archives, Denver Public Library, and Arapahoe Libraries.

What Centennial Pages Offer

  • Address work: the Centennial street directory follows a parcel through maps, deeds, voter files, and city address records.
  • Historical work: the Centennial city directory page explains DPL runs, householder pages, publisher examples, and older jurisdictions.
  • One-person work: the Centennial resident lookup page keeps cases, licenses, voter files, parcels, and vital records in separate roles.
  • Geographic work: ZIP, previous-resident, and neighbor pages explain postal, parcel, historical, HOA, and service-district boundaries.
  • Access work: the pages point to Colorado Open Records Act routes, request forms, archive shelves, and custodian contacts.

Each page is a source map. It does not host the government rolls, certify copies, or create a new list from unrelated records.

What This Reference Cannot Do

Centennial Residents Directory is privately operated and has no connection with a City of Centennial office, Arapahoe County department, Colorado agency, court, archive, or library. The source pages have firm limits:

  • They cannot confirm that a named person currently lives at a Centennial address.
  • They cannot retrieve, certify, correct, seal, or remove a record for someone else.
  • They cannot add a person to, or delete a person from, a government roll or database.
  • They cannot replace advice from a Colorado attorney or the instructions of a records custodian.
  • They cannot guarantee that an office portal, fee, coverage year, or program detail will stay unchanged.

The office that holds a record is the only source that can confirm, certify, or correct it. Information here is not a consumer report and must not be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
